A patent can be defined as a document issued by an official organization that provides the inventor with the right to prevent unauthorized use of the invention by others for a certain period of time in all areas of technology.

The Design is defined: 'the appearance of the whole or a part of a product resulting from the features of, the line, contour, color, shape, material or texture of the product itself or its ornamentation.'

Preparation, evaluation and review of contracts specific to design law, before the authorized and responsible Intellectual and Industrial Rights Courts, regarding all cases related to design law, especially the annulment of the TÜRKPATENT executive decision, the design invalidity case, the infringement of the design right, the usurpation of the design right. Copyright is concerned with protecting the work, that is the expression of thoughts and human intellect. Copyright and other related subjects are mainly arranged within 5846 numbered Turkish Copyright Law.
